- Remember to bring all your identification documents. Duomo staff will double-check your tickets. If the names on the tickets and the identification documents do not match, you will not be granted access.
- Appropriate attire is strongly recommended. Please note that access to holy sites requires a strict dress code. Shoulders and knees must be adequately covered.
- Visitors accessing the monuments must leave suitcases, backpacks, packages, containers, large and medium-sized bags, and other items in the luggage storage area before entering. Visitors who present themselves at the entrance with items prohibited by the regulations will not be allowed entry.
- Visitors must climb 463 steps (if the Dome option is selected). There are no elevators.
- The climb is not recommended for those who suffer from heart problems, vertigo, claustrophobia and pregnant women.
- To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, all reservations involving minors (under 18) must be accompanied by at least one adult. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations made exclusively by unaccompanied minors.
